Last week Seong and I went out for dinner with his pals from high school. They invited us to have lamb kabobs, and WOW! I have only had lamb a few times, and these were tender, juicy, and spicy. I've talked about how Korean food is an experience, and this was no exception! The server brought us a raw plate of kabobs and we were tasked with manning the table-top rotisserie.
One of the side dishes was shiny red-skin peanuts. Check out my chopstick skills!
I can't believe we only have a few more months left in Korea. Now that the weather is warming up, hopefully we can have more bucketlist experiences soon!
